## Job Description
We are looking for a highly analytical, hands-on Marketing Operations Manager to own the architecture, performance, and integrity of our marketing systems.
This role is responsible for ensuring our HubSpot ecosystem is not only built correctly, but also functioning as a reliable engine for lead generation, routing, attribution, and revenue reporting.
This is a critical role in enabling scalable growth and providing confidence in our marketing performance.
## Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- HubSpot Ownership & System Architecture
- Serve as the primary owner of HubSpot (Marketing Hub + CRM)
- Build and optimize workflows, forms, lists, and lifecycle stages
- Maintain scalable system architecture to support campaigns and growth
- Manage integrations with external platforms (PPC, SEO tools, call tracking, etc.)
Lead Flow & Lifecycle Management
- Own end-to-end lead routing logic and governance
- Ensure accurate assignment, follow-up, and visibility across teams
- Define and maintain lifecycle stages (MQL, SQL, etc.)
- Identify and resolve breakdowns in the funnel
Attribution & Reporting
- Establish and maintain attribution tracking (UTMs, source tracking, multi-touch)
- Build dashboards that connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting
- Partner with leadership and finance to validate performance metrics
Data Integrity & Governance
- Maintain data hygiene standards across HubSpot
- Audit and clean legacy data, properties, and workflows
- Establish naming conventions and documentation
- Ensure compliance with data and privacy standards
Campaign & Vendor Support
- Partner with Demand Generation to support campaign execution in HubSpot
- QA tracking and conversion events for PPC/SEO vendors
- Ensure campaigns are set up for accurate measurement and optimization
- Troubleshoot issues impacting performance or reporting
