About the Role

We are hiring for one of our prime clients seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead and oversee the organisation’s HR operational processes. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant delivery of HR services while supporting a seamless employee experience across the organisation.

The HR Operations Manager will lead the HR Operations team, manage HR systems and data, and drive continuous improvements in HR processes. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain high operational standards and ensure HR activities align with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operational activities including onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, contractual changes, probation processes, and offboarding
• Lead, manage, and develop the HR Operations team, ensuring clear work allocation and performance management
• Act as the subject matter expert for HR operational processes, systems, and procedures
• Oversee HR systems (HRIS) and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
• Analyse HR data and prepare reports and metrics to support decision-making
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes and increase efficiency
• Communicate operational changes and updates effectively to HR teams and stakeholders
• Support HR leadership with operational projects and strategic initiatives
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
• Manage Right to Work compliance and documentation processes
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, HR Systems, and Learning & Development teams
• Participate in HR operational audits and data reviews

Required Qualifications & Skills

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent
• Significant experience in HR operations and HR systems management
