HR Manager

About this role

We are seeking a hands-on HR Manager to partner closely with delivery and leadership teams, with a strong focus on resource planning, technical hiring, and workforce optimization. This role ensures the right talent is available at the right time, supports business growth through proactive talent strategies, and drives a positive employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• **Partner with delivery leaders to forecast resource needs and support project staffing.**
• **Lead hiring for technical and niche roles (low-code, cloud, data, AI, integrations), ensuring quality and speed.**
• **Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and market engagement.**
• **Manage skills inventory, utilization tracking, and workforce planning.**
• **Act as a trusted advisor to managers on staffing, performance, and employee matters.**
• **Support performance cycles, development planning, and HR processes using HR systems.**
• **Drive employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture-building programs.**
• **Ensure smooth HR operations including onboarding, policies, and lifecycle management.**

Required Skills & Qualifications

• **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.**
• **6+ years of HR experience in IT services or consulting environments.**
• **Strong experience in technical recruitment and resource management.**
• **Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.**
• **Ability to work in fast-paced, delivery-driven environments.**
