The Open Enrollment Governance Project Manager leads cross-functional planning, coordination, and execution activities that support Open Enrollment readiness and success. This role is responsible for managing multiple initiatives, driving governance routines, aligning stakeholders, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate has strong project management capabilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong critical and strategic thinking, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

. Lead multiple Open Enrollment Governance projects and readiness initiatives, ensuring alignment to business goals, timelines, and deliverables.

. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and governance routines to support execution and accountability.

. Partner with cross-functional teams and business leaders to define scope, manage dependencies, assess risks, and drive alignment.

. Facilitate readiness meetings, project reviews, and governance forums to monitor progress, resolve issues, and support decision-making.

. Serve as a central point of coordination across teams to ensure readiness activities remain connected and on track.

. Prepare and deliver clear, concise communications, including project updates, readiness materials, and leadership summaries.

. Apply critical and strategic thinking to identify gaps, solve problems, and recommend improvements that strengthen readiness outcomes.

. Monitor project performance, adjust priorities as needed, and support quality execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.

. Lead post-season reviews and lessons learned activities to identify improvement opportunities for future Open Enrollment cycles.

. Provide leadership with visibility into project status, risks, impacts, and recommended actions.

. Perform other duties as assigned in support of Open Enrollment Governance and readiness success.
