To support our continued growth, Hable are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team.

You will drive business growth by executing end-to-end marketing activity. From taking ownership of our social media and website, all the way through to campaigns, content, email, and events. Everything you do will be delivered with a clear focus: lead generation, growing our database, and supporting our Sales team to achieve their targets.

This role is all about doing. You'll be hands-on, proactive,and focused on execution - taking ideas through to delivery and impact. It's ideal for someone who has worked in a small marketing team, or part of a large marketing function but looking for more autonomy and ownership.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a growth marketing plan for Hable
• Increase brand awareness and grow our external audiences through the ownership of our social media channels (Primarily LinkedIn, but also on Facebook & YouTube)
• Manage and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and meetings for Sales, including PPC and Paid Social
• Create simple, effective sales support materials (such as onepage overviews and slide decks) to help Sales have better conversations
• Work closely with our Services team to translate new solutions into sales-ready propositions and content
• Develop our relationship with Microsoft and other key partners to create co-branded campaigns, events, and go-to-market plans
• Own and grow our HubSpot database in close partnership with Sales, using insights and data to support their conversations
• Manage the website to ensure up-to-date information, engaging blog content, and pages that reach people across all stages of the buyer journey
