Key Responsibilities:
Composite stylized imagery to align with brand standards.
Compose educational assets for e-com product pages
Design marketing materials, including flyers, posters, and digital assets.
Designing compelling call-to-action elements that encouragepurchase.
Create visual merchandising mockups to showcase ideas and concepts.
Develop event graphics and visuals with quick turnaround times.
Collaborate with the team to ensure design consistency across projects.
Adapt to various design tasks and support other departments as needed.
This role regularly exercises independent judgment and discretion in planning, prioritizing, and executing design work, including selecting concepts, methods, and techniques to achieve project objectives
Requirements
Qualifications:
Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in a graphic design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
A creative mindset with the ability to problem-solve and innovate.
Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
A portfolio showcasing your design skills (required).

Preferred Skills (but not required):
Knowledge of other design tools or platforms.
Retouching experience
Experience in visual merchandising or event graphics design print and digital.
Proficiency in Figma is a plus.

Anastasia Beverly Hills offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company. The starting hourly rate for this position in the selected city is $72,384 - $80,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role is bonus eligible.
