### Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications leveraging large language models (LLMs) and advanced machine learning techniques. This role will play a key part in enabling enterprise-level AI adoption for automation, content generation, decision support, and enhanced user experiences.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience building production-grade AI solutions and integrating them into complex enterprise environments.
### Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications powered by large language models for enterprise use cases
- Build and optimize **retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)** pipelines
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise systems and workflows
- Develop and maintain APIs and services enabling AI functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers and architects
- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
- Implement monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement processes
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in generative AI technologies
### Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar)
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML models in production
- Proficiency in **Python** and data science libraries
- Experience with **vector databases** and semantic search technologies
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI deployment pipelines
- Strong understanding of NLP and machine learning fundamentals
- Experience working in enterprise environments with complex data systems
