About this role
### Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of full-stack experience (back-end and front-end) including launching and scaling user-facing software products.
- 2 years of software development experience in Java, Python, Kotlin, C++, or Go (or 1 year with an advanced degree).
- 1 year of experience in software architecture, specifically designing modular systems that support personalized user journeys.
- Experience in using internal frameworks (e.g., Apps Framework, Server Platform or Rasta) to manage application.
### Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
- 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms, with a focus on optimizing high-latency media generation pipelines and system resilience.
- Experience developing accessible technologies and designing experiment-led features using internal stacks (e.g., Mendel, PLX, Dremel, or Sessioniza).
- Experience building growth-specific infrastructure such as push notification systems, referral engines, or subscription/billing funnels for enterprise users.
- Experience in Generative AI with an understanding to optimize Common User Journeys (CUJs) for creative tools and AI-powered media platforms.
