## What's the team function?

Software Development team is responsible for:

• Maintaining the internal system that keeps Dasher's operations moving — order management, e-commerce monitoring, and everything in between.
• Consistently improving the features and UI/UX of the system for better organizational efficiency.

## What's your role?

• Take ownership of Dasher's internal system — from bug fixes to feature improvements.
• Keep the system running clean and ensure it holds up to daily operational demand.
• Improve system features based on business needs — if something slows the team down, you help fix it.
• Digging into technical problems and coming up with solutions that actually work. Creativity encouraged, copy-paste discouraged.

## What's the skill required?

• Good command of English.
• Minimum **2 years** of hands-on experience in full stack development. Candidates with back-end focused development are also encouraged to apply!
• Strong command of the **MERN stack** — MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js and Next.js
• Strong command of **JavaScript** — you know the language deeply, not just the frameworks built on top of it
• Backend-leaning mindset — APIs, server logic, and databases are where you shine

Heads Up

• A **live coding test via video call** is part of our process — we want to see how you think, not just what's on your CV.
• This is a **remote-first role**, with occasional in-office days for meetings and collaboration.

## Who’s there to support you?

From Day 1, the team will be right there with you — they'll walk you through our entire existing framework and make sure you hit the ground running. No question is too big or too small. They'll be there for anything and everything work-related.

You'll be involved in our internal tech sharing sessions to stay updated on everything. You'll also be expected to bring your voice to brainstorming sessions and key decision-making meetings — your ideas matter here from the get...
