The Full Stack Developer-Profit Keeper will lead internal and customer-facing projects to ensure exceptional customer experiences and high quality Human Capital Management (HCM) implementations, upgrades and enhancements. This role will drive project teams to deliver within deadlines and budget, document best practices and foster continuous improvement.

Position Summary
The Full Stack Application Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, high-quality web and application solutions across the full technology stack.


This role contributes to both front-end and back-end development, collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, and supports the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset to deliver reliable and maintainable software solutions.
