Reports to: Senior Software Architect

Location: North Sioux City, Other Sterling Locations

Our software engineers work on a range of projects, from full-stack applications and AI/ML integration to digital human solutions.We are looking for a Full Stack Developer/Engineer who is passionate about building end-to-end solutions, from intuitive user interfaces to powerful backend systems. You will work across the entire technology stack, designing and developing responsive frontends, robust APIs, and scalable server-side logic. Required Technical Skills:

• 3-5 years experience in full-stack development with strong working knowledge of React, Node.js, Python, and cloud technology (Google, AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with mobile app development (i.e. React Native, Flutter).
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux) and component design systems.
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach.
• Having knowledge in other languages like C#, Go, or Ruby is a plus.

Required Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree as a minimum or demonstrate equivalent experience.
• Cloud certifications/shown experience is a plus.
• Frontend or full-stack certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Meta Front-End Developer) are a plus.
