## Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer / Lead Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-level applications across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

## Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute all phases of the **SDLC** including design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into **technical designs and user interfaces**
• Develop and maintain applications using **.NET technologies and SQL Server**
• Design and implement **role-based authentication and access control systems**
• Build and enhance **responsive and dynamic user interfaces**
• Deploy applications across development, QA, staging, and production environments
• Perform **unit and integration testing** and manage bug tracking
• Develop and maintain **SSIS packages and SSRS reports**
• Create and optimize **database structures, stored procedures, and triggers**
• Manage source control and project tracking using tools like **TFS**
• Collaborate with business analysts, UI/UX teams, and stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to best practices in **security, performance, and scalability**

## Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development
- Strong expertise in:
- C#, VB.NET, .NET Framework, .NET Core
- ASP.NET MVC (4/5), Web API
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular, jQuery
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Visual Studio (2017/2019)
- Strong database experience with SQL Server (2014/2016)
