Role Summary

The Full Stack Developer Intern will be part of the Product Development team and will work closely with engineering, product, QA, and design stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable software applications. This role goes beyond development, the intern is expected to take end-to-end ownership of assigned user stories, starting from understanding business requirements to building, testing, and delivering production-ready features under guidance. The ideal candidate demonstrates a product mindset, strong fundamentals in Java backend and React frontend, and a willingness to learn modern engineering practices across the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Story & Requirement Understanding

• Actively participate in requirement discussions, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions.
• Understand **user stories, acceptance criteria, and business intent** behind features.
• Clarify requirements, identify edge cases, and highlight technical dependencies early.
• Translate product requirements into technical design and implementation tasks.

2. Backend Development (Java / J2EE)

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using **Java**
• Implement **RESTful APIs** for seamless integration with frontend and third-party systems.
• Ensure backend solutions are **secure, scalable, and performance-optimized**.
• Follow clean code principles, proper exception handling, and logging practices.
• Assist in implementing authentication, authorization, and data validation mechanisms.

3. Frontend Development (React)

• Develop responsive and reusable UI components using **React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript**.
