StaffRight Associates is recruiting a
Full Stack Developer
for a premier client in
Buffalo, NY
. This is a
12+ month contract
opportunity with a
hybrid
schedule, requiring four days onsite per week. The successful candidate will be employed as a W2 staff member of the client.


The Role
In this position, you will act as a high-level individual contributor, driving the design, analysis, and execution of sophisticated software solutions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end health of applications, from initial technical architectural planning through debugging and final user acceptance. This role requires a developer who can not only write clean code but also mentor junior team members and align technical outputs with broader business strategies.


Core Responsibilities
System Engineering & Project Leadership

• Technical Ownership: Lead complex systems analysis and development efforts, ensuring all software meets rigorous functional and performance standards.
• Strategic Planning: Prepare technical components of project roadmaps and provide accurate time and effort estimates for upcoming initiatives.
• Mentorship: Coordinate development tasks and provide technical guidance to less experienced developers to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Lifecycle Management: Participate in every phase of the SDLC, including gathering requirements, writing functional specifications, and updating system documentation.

Application Excellence & Innovation

• Performance Tuning: Monitor supported applications to ensure peak efficiency and recommend new technologies or process improvements to enhance organizational productivity.
