We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with deep, hands-on coding expertise to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications and platforms. This role requires a strong technical foundation, ownership mindset, and the ability to deliver high-quality code in a complex corporate environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance full stack applications
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across front-end and back-end systems
- Lead technical design and architecture decisions for web-based platforms and services
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Develop and integrate APIs, services, and databases to support enterprise applications
- Ensure applications meet performance, security, compliance, and scalability standards
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and enforcing coding best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues
- Support and enhance existing systems while contributing to modernization and technical debt reduction
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team
Experience:
- 10+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer in a corporate or enterprise environment
- Extensive hands-on coding experience across both front-end and back-end technologies
