About this role

Clear Fracture is inventing new AI-driven data integration solutions, empowering organizations to utilize their data for informed decisions and more agile operations. We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to build core product functionality across frontend, backend services, and APIs for our multi-tenant, AI-enabled platform. This is a highly impactful role with real ownership: you will design, build, and ship customer-facing features end-to-end, working closely with product, platform, and security engineers to deliver production AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Feature Development

  • Design, implement, and own end-to-end product features across frontend, backend services, and APIs.
  • Translate product requirements into scalable, maintainable technical designs.
  • Take features from concept and design through production deployment and iteration.
  • Backend & API Engineering
  • Design and implement backend services and APIs that support multi-tenant usage.
  • Build reliable, observable services that support asynchronous, multi-agent workflows.

Frontend Engineering

  • Capable of building functional web interfaces to support platform workflows (e.g., internal tools, demos, feature validation)
  • Integrate frontend applications with authentication and authorization systems.
  • Collaborate closely with product and design to deliver clear, usable customer experiences.

Architecture & Systems Thinking

  • Contribute to application and service architecture decisions.
  • Understand and reason about how frontend, backend, identity, and platform layers interact.
  • Help evolve the system as product and scale requirements grow.

Collaboration & Quality

  • Work closely with product managers, platform engineers, and security engineers to deliver high-quality features.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning.
  • Validate, test, and document functionality against design and product requirement...
