About this role
About the Role
Join an early-stage B2B AI software company as its first Enterprise Account Manager, reporting to the COO. You will own post-launch relationships and drive renewals and expansion across a portfolio of large enterprise customers, helping establish the company's enterprise account management function.
What You'll Do
Manage relationships with enterprise buyers and program owners from production launch through renewal.
Forecast, negotiate, and close renewals while identifying opportunities to expand customer usage.
Partner with sales, customer success, and engineering teams to coordinate account transitions and support customer outcomes.
Use usage data and adoption dashboards to build business cases for expanding deployments across use cases, departments, and organizations.
Lead executive business reviews and surface customer blockers to product and engineering teams, connecting them to retention and revenue impact.
What We're Looking For
Two to seven years of experience in enterprise account management or customer success at B2B software companies.
Demonstrated ownership of renewal and expansion targets across a double-digit portfolio of enterprise accounts with 2,000 or more employees, or a $3 million to $4 million ARR portfolio.
Strong commercial skills, including executive-level conversations, renewal negotiations, and a record of growing accounts; be prepared to discuss specific revenue results.
Experience beyond support, onboarding, or project management, with stable recent work history and mostly US-based experience.
Experience with CRM tools, usage analytics, APIs, and ideally consumption-based pricing, AI, LLMs, or voice AI.
A computer science degree and experience serving call center-heavy industries such as healthcare, financial services, or airlines are helpful.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, in-person startup environment with a demanding schedule.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is $180,000 to $220,000 annually, plus equity. Visa sponsorship is available. Commission structure is being finalized.
Location
