We are looking for a Financial Crime Business Operations Manager – Financial Crime (Asset Management) for an initial six‑month fixed term contract role based in London. This role follows a hybrid working model.

Purpose of the Role

The Financial Crime Business Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Financial Crime – Asset Management, ensuring the effective coordination and delivery of operational, governance, and strategic activities across the Financial Crime function. This position supports the smooth running of the function by driving operational discipline and enabling communication and engagement across teams.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable operating in a complex, fast‑paced environment while working closely with 1LoD and 2LoD stakeholders.
