Job Description:

An experienced Facilities Project Manager with deep knowledge of the job area and practical expertise in project management. Responsible for managing projects and processes while planning, designing, and overseeing the reconfiguration, maintenance, construction, and modification of equipment, machinery, buildings, structures, and other facilities. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data related to facility and equipment specifications, regulatory requirements, completion schedules, and execution feasibility. Regularly communicate with internal and external partners to interpret and clarify operational processes, practices, and procedures. Recommend improvements to systems and processes to support operational targets for key programs and projects. Collaborate with architecture and engineering firms to develop design criteria and prepare detailed layouts and drawings. Prepare bid sheets, project justifications, statements of work, and contracts for construction and facility acquisitions.
