What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Conduct site assessments to evaluate building conditions, safety risks, and compliance with facility standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop project scopes, budgets, and plans
  • Oversee project implementation, managing schedules and resolving issues to meet deadlines
  • Supervise vendor and contractor performance to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, facilities management, architecture, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, facilities standards implementation, or construction oversight
  • Proven understanding of building standards, safety guidelines, and facility operations
  • Experience with CAPEX budgets, project parameters, and cost controls
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite, and project tracking tools
