About the role and what you’ll be doing:

The Expert Project Manager leads and governs complex application and infrastructure managed services operations projects and serves as a trusted, client‑facing project leader. This role operates in a consulting environment and requires strong executive presence, deep infrastructure expertise, and disciplined project oversight.

You partner with C‑level and senior IT leaders, orchestrate cross‑functional teams, and own outcomes across scope, schedule, financials, and client satisfaction. This role fits a calm, highly professional PM who balances strategic thinking with exceptional attention to detail.

Travel up to 10% is expected.

• **Lead and govern** large‑scale application and infrastructure managed services operations projects from client managed services optimization and modernization.
• **Define and own** the engagement strategy, governance model, and integrated project plan
• **Serve** as the primary point of contact for executive‑level client stakeholders
