Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be part of the Web & Mobile Engineering Department supporting two Vice Presidents and their global teams. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and possess excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6 monts, no extension or conversion expected
Pay Range:$26/hr on W2
What's the Job?
- Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones and adjust quickly to changing priorities
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, logistics, and team operations
- Support recruitment scheduling and handle various ad hoc administrative duties
- Maintain organizational materials such as team calendars, org charts, and distribution lists
- Assist in ensuring smooth communication and workflow within the engineering teams
What's Needed?
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent judgment, professionalism, and communication skills
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a large, global organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, macOS, and Slack
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
