About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Business Analyst to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to build a foundation in business analysis, gain hands-on exposure to real projects, and work closely with experienced analysts, project managers, and business stakeholders. You will help gather requirements, analyze data, and support the development of practical solutions that improve business processes and decision-making.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and clarify business and functional requirements.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in creating process maps, workflow diagrams, and requirement documents (BRDs/FRDs).
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support senior analysts and project managers with day-to-day project coordination and documentation.
• Participate in meetings with business and technical teams to translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Help identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Perform basic data validation, testing support, and quality checks as needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
- 0–1 year of relevant experience through internships, coursework, or projects; hands-on training will be provided.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH); familiarity with SQL is a plus.
