The successful candidate will personally lead business development, build strategic customer relationships, and support sales team development as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and win new direct customer accounts in the North American market.
• Develop sales strategies and account plans to achieve revenue, gross profit, and business growth targets.
• Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, customer discovery, solution development, proposals, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Sell integrated U.S. post-arrival logistics solutions, with a focus on customs brokerage coordination, drayage, and warehousing services.
• Build relationships with customer decision-makers and expand existing accounts through additional services and business opportunities.
• Work with operations, pricing, and logistics partners to develop competitive, executable customer solutions.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, provide forecasts, and monitor market trends and customer needs.
• Contribute to sales team recruitment, coaching, and performance management as the business expands.
Qualifications
• Proven success in direct customer acquisition and key account development within the U.S. logistics market.
• At least five years of team management experience.

• Established professional relationships with relevant customers and service providers across customs brokerage, drayage, and warehousing.
• Demonstrated ability to sell logistics solutions, negotiate commercial agreements, and deliver revenue and gross profit growth.
• Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese for customer development, commercial negotiations, and collaboration with U.S. and China-based stakeholders.
