Job Description
DIO's MPP USVF team act as the delivery agent for a diverse £3.2bn design and construction portfolio on USVF bases within the UK.


The Senior Project Manager is responsible to the Assistant Head of Major Programmes and Projects United States Visiting Forces (USVF) for the delivery of assigned Capital projects.


The Senior Project Manager will manage a variety of construction projects at their bases and report to their Assistant Head. They will deliver projects in support of US forces operating from the UK.


The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of managing and delivering projects against a broad range of programme and project management functional competences.


As the Senior Project Manager you will provide effective management, motivation, coordination of integrated project teams to deliver a range of projects to time, cost, quality and performance parameters. You will support Customers to manage and maintain project approvals and deliver within your delegated authority. You are accountable for ensuring adherence and conformity to all agreed DIO processes and operating procedures and particularly those which are detailed under key infrastructure process.


The programmes at RAF Croughton, Molesworth, Alconbury, Fairford, Menwith Hill, Lakenheath and Mildenhall consist of multiple construction, refurbishment and replacement projects at various stages in the construction process.
