Role Overview
StaffRight Associates is seeking a high-energy
Digital Marketing Project Manager
to join our client s Brand Communications and Creative teams. This isn't your typical "technical" PM role; they are looking for a creative-minded operator who can navigate the complexities of brand strategy, content production, and stakeholder management.
You will act as the central hub for a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring that creative visions are executed on time, within scope, and with total transparency across the enterprise.
The Day-to-Day
- Manage a Dynamic Portfolio: Oversee 6 18 concurrent projects ranging from website launches and AI-driven data migrations to large-scale tech events and video production.
- Drive Creative Execution: Support designers and writers by removing roadblocks and ensuring brand consistency across university and enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Operational Excellence: Utilize ClickUp to maintain project visibility, manage priorities based on enterprise value, and keep fast-moving campaigns from stalling.
- Bridge the Gap: Act as the liaison between frontline teams and executive leadership (up to the CEO), ensuring everyone is aligned and responsive.
What You Bring To The Table
- The Experience: 3 8+ years in a delivery-focused PM role specifically supporting marketing, branding, or creative agencies. SaaS or Professional Services experience is a major plus.
- The "Non-Negotiables": You possess a process-improvement mindset and can articulate exactly how individual tasks roll up into high-level enterprise goals.
