WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are searching for a Digital Marketing Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with business objectives. This role requires a blend of technical prowess, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving to support marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement in digital marketing performance.
Objectives of this Role:
- Assess current demand generation strategies and identify necessary investments to enhance campaign returns and efficiency.
- Analyze key marketing metrics and utilize tracking systems to conduct market research, provide forecasts, competitive analysis, and interpret campaign outcomes, customer feedback, and consumer trends, turning this data into practical strategies for the marketing team and the wider organization.
- Proactively analyze the sales funnel with data to find and act on opportunities for improving the lead-to-sale conversion rate, working closely with sales stakeholders to implement necessary changes.
