Forged with F.I.R.E. is helping build Ascend Exterior Cleaning, a growing group of local home-service brands.

We’re hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to help bring more of our marketing capabilities in-house, strengthen execution across our brands, and connect marketing activity to meaningful business results.

This is an opportunity to build—not just maintain. You’ll help establish how campaigns are planned, launched, measured, and improved while working closely with leadership, local operators, and our in house Data & Integration Specialist.

We’re looking for someone who understands paid advertising, follows through on details, and uses AI thoughtfully to do better work. Someone who can develop a plan, execute it, and explain what the results tell us.

What you’ll own

Paid advertising and lead generation

• Manage and improve Google Ads campaigns, including budgets, targeting, search terms, ad copy, and landing-page alignment.
• Manage Meta campaigns, testing offers, creative, audiences, and lead forms.
• Monitor lead quality alongside cost and volume, using feedback from the sales team to improve campaign performance.
• Make clear recommendations about where to invest, what to change, and what to stop.

Marketing execution and accountability

• Own a practical marketing calendar across brands, including seasonal campaigns, promotions, content, and launch deadlines.
• Turn priorities into clear assignments with owners, due dates, and follow-up.
• Coordinate with existing partners and selectively use specialists when their expertise is needed.
• Identify missing inputs and blockers early, and keep work moving.
