Our Tech client is seeking a Digital Channel Marketing Manager to join their team for the next 9 months, 40 hours/week. This role is hybrid onsite 3 days a week in New York, NY.
Role Summary
The Digital Channel Marketing Manager will lead the development, execution, and optimization of in-app and owned digital marketing programs focused on WhatsApp Business products for small and medium-sized businesses. This role ensures continuity of high-impact lifecycle and product adoption campaigns by partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver audience-first, data-driven communication strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Strong lifecycle marketing expertise, with hands-on experience building audience-first communication strategies across digital and in-product channels
Proven ability to lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, balancing creative strategy, technical execution, and performance optimization
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, data science, creative, and technical program management
Additional Qualifications
Demonstrated success managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Working knowledge of mobile app development and in-product communication frameworks
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, experimentation design, and data-driven optimization
Background in content strategy and creative production
Experience managing vendors and agency partners
Ability to navigate localization and global creative challenges with scalable, innovative solutions
Bachelors degree with at least 5 years of digital marketing experience
