POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Analytics team at The Globe and Mail is looking for a Digital Analytics Implementation Analyst with strong fundamental skills in using tag managers (GTM) and custom tagging, Javascript, HTML, QA and data wrangling. This person will be responsible for owning and implementing analytics tracking, and consequently ensuring data consistency and accuracy.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support various teams with regards to analytics implementation, including deploying 3rd party pixels, and defining analytics requirements.
• Ensure tracking is consistent, accurate, and useful for reporting on business KPIs.
• Manage analytics implementation documentation and current GTM properties.
• Become the subject matter expert for analytics implementation.
• Build and automate validation tests and reporting to facilitate internal data validation and improve QA efficiency.
