DevOps Engineer

About this role

The DevOps Engineer will focus on enabling product teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-performing software. As a Developer Experience Engineer, you will help build and evolve the systems, tooling, and processes that power internal platforms, ensuring engineers can ship quickly, safely, and with confidence. This person will be part of the platform team and work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to improve infrastructure, deployment workflows, and the day-to-day experience of building and operating our C#/.NET services.

· Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, safe, and repeatable deployments across C#/.NET services.

· Partner with engineering teams to improve developer workflows, deployment processes, and overall developer experience, in addition to working with Kubernetes and containerized workloads to ensure reliable and scalable application deployments.

· Support and improve cloud infrastructure across DigitalOcean, Linode, and AWS environments.

· Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform to ensure consistent and reproducible environments.

· Contribute to observability systems (metrics, logging, tracing) to improve visibility into system performance and reliability.

· Assist with monitoring, alerting, and incident response to ensure system health and uptime.

· Help drive improvements to deployment safety, reliability, and operational best practices.

· Collaborate with platform and engineering teams to reduce operational toil and improve system efficiency.

· Support cost optimization efforts by improving resource utilization and infrastructure efficiency.

· Cross train and help support the SRE team on ensuring system health.

· 3+ years working with cloud infrastructure in a production environment (DigitalOcean, Linode, AWS, or similar)

· Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for production systems
