Our digital experiences — from the moment someone discovers a Slate truck online to the day they configure, purchase, and drive one off the lot — are as important to us as the vehicle itself. We’re building the online marketplace, the ownership app, the purchasing flow, and the in-vehicle digital experience from the ground up, and we need a design leader who can help us do it right.

Slate is looking for an energetic, organized, experienced Principal UX Designer to join our growing team.

What you get to do

• The Principal UX Designer will help our customers engage with our vehicle program through clarity of concepts and workflow. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading impactful UX projects in disruptive, ambiguous problem spaces. They will be a part of the team responsible for defining how people interact with Slate products. The ideal candidate will be proficient at establishing User Experience (UX) processes to drive ease of use and consistency across Slate products – in and out of vehicle.
