We are seeking a
*Sr Customer Success Manager*
to play a pivotal role in driving long-term customer success, retention, and expansion across our client base.
As a Sr. CSM, you will not only manage strategic client relationships but also mentor and guide junior team members, contribute to process improvements, and play a key role in shaping the overall Customer Success strategy at UVeye. Your ability to deliver measurable ROI, consult on best practices, and drive adoption will be critical to your success in this role.
