You will contribute to a full-stack platform that helps healthcare organizations manage complex workforce operations, reduce administrative burden, and improve patient care delivery. As a mid-to-senior engineer, you will take ownership of significant data engineering initiatives, designing and building scalable pipelines, robust data models, and analytics-ready datasets. The role blends hands-on engineering with architectural thinking, requiring strong collaboration with product, platform, and cross-functional teams. You will help ensure data systems are reliable, performant, and aligned with healthcare compliance requirements. This is a high-impact position where your work directly supports better operational decisions across thousands of healthcare facilities.


Accountabilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data processing systems that support analytics, reporting, and operational decision-making across a complex healthcare platform.
• Own end-to-end delivery of medium to large data engineering features, from design and implementation through deployment and production support.
• Develop and optimize data models, APIs, and integrations that ensure consistent, high-quality, and accessible data across systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex data issues spanning multiple services, including performance tuning and root cause analysis of pipeline failures.
• Implement and improve data quality, testing, observability, and CI/CD practices within data workflows.
