Data Analyst Intern

We’re looking for a motivated Data Analyst Intern to join our team. You’ll play a hands-on role supporting data collection, business intelligence, and performance analysis, all while gaining meaningful, real-world experience with a fun and fast-moving brand. This is a paid internship, with compensation ranging from $24 to $27 per hour, depending on experience and availability.

What You’ll Do

• Research and analyze sales trends, competitor performance, and customer insights
• Write data requirement documents, user analytics stories, and reporting spec sheets
• Assist in prioritizing metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Work through sprint cycles: planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Monitor website metrics and prepare performance reports
• Support product launches and post-launch evaluation
• Help define data vision & performance roadmaps in collaboration with our e-commerce, marketing, and operations teams

### Requirements

• A student or recent graduate in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable working in remote, cross-functional teams
• Passion for gifting, brand, e-commerce, or consumer products
