We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst who, working closely with our VP of Technology and cross-functional internal partners, will be an integral member of Knight Law Group’s back-office operation.

The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in the Technology department by leveraging data to drive strategic decisions, optimize business processes, and support client service initiatives within the firm. This position requires a strong background in data analytics within a Microsoft environment, including Azure, and familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• **Data Analysis and Reporting:** Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support various departments, including marketing, client services, and legal operations. Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to present findings clearly and concisely.
• **Microsoft Environment:** Utilize Microsoft Azure for data storage, integration, and analysis. Work with Azure SQL, Power BI, and other Microsoft tools to streamline data processes and ensure data integrity.
• **Salesforce Management:** Support the management and optimization of the firm’s Salesforce system, including Salesforce development and integrations. Analyze client data, monitor data quality, and assist in Salesforce apps integration projects.
• **Data Integration:** Collaborate with Technology and other departments to develop and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring consistency and accuracy across platforms. Develop data pipelines and automation workflows using Azure, Salesforce and...
