We're working with a global leader in agricultural genetics and food sustainability on this exciting opportunity. We are looking for a visionary Lead Data Analyst to spearhead a high-performing team, bridging the gap between complex data warehousing and strategic business intelligence using Power BI and SQL.

The Role

• Lead and mentor a dedicated guild of data analysts, fostering career growth and establishing rigorous validation standards.

• Design and prototype sophisticated dimensional data models in collaboration with Data Warehouse Engineers to support global business needs.

• Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, conducting structured discovery to translate ambiguous requirements into actionable, high-value data solutions.

• Build compelling, high-impact dashboards in Power BI and formulate key metrics that drive decision-making across the organization.

• Develop a robust data governance framework, including data dictionaries, lineage documentation, and automated profiling within modern catalog tools.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity within a data or analytics function.

• Advanced technical mastery of Power BI, including DAX, complex data modeling, and report authoring.

• Deep proficiency in SQL for advanced data profiling, manipulation, and quality analysis.

• Solid understanding of Dimensional Modeling and Data Governance principles (experience with Databricks Unity Catalog or Microsoft Purview is a major plus).
