As a Platform Support Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing secure IT systems that enhance business operations. Your focus will be on optimizing network, server, and data center performance to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will bridge the gap between development, operations, and security, integrating industry-leading practices to deliver secure and efficient software solutions.


As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.
