OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a CRM Data Analyst (Contract) to support data quality and automation initiatives. This role focuses on reconciling external datasets with CRM records and producing clean, enriched data ready for upload.
You’ll work heavily in Excel (including Power Query and fuzzy matching) to standardize, match, and validate data across multiple sources. The ideal candidate enjoys working through imperfect data, applying logic and judgment, and building repeatable, well-documented processes.
This is a highly visible role with exposure across multiple business groups, working closely with a collaborative team.
Hourly Rate: $53.50 (T4) | $61.50 (IC)
12 month contract
2 – 3 days in office (Tues, Wed & Thurs on site)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reconcile external datasets against CRM records to identify accurate matches
- Apply Excel-based techniques (XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, fuzzy matching) to automate data matching and transformation
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies across multiple data sources
- Apply judgment to ambiguous matches using supporting data fields
- Build structured, repeatable matching logic and workflows
- Document rules, assumptions, and processes to ensure auditability and scalability
- Prepare clean, enriched datasets for CRM upload
- Maintain clear audit trails for all data transformations and decisions
- Support ongoing CRM data hygiene, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate outputs and refine processes
QUALIFICATIONS
Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience in a data-focused or CRM data analyst role
- Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, fuzzy matching)
- Strong experience with data reconciliation, deduplication, and quality validation across multiple sources
- Proven ability to document data logic, rules, and workflows clearly and thoroughly
