THE OPPORTUNITY
Billy Reid is looking to hire a
Creative Project Manager
who will be the day-to-day engine of the creative organization, responsible for driving on-time delivery of marketing and brand initiatives across campaigns, e-commerce, and BAU communications. This role ensures creative work is planned, prioritized, and delivered in alignment with the broader marketing calendar.


This role owns pre- and post-production logistics as cross-functional coordination and tracking (readiness, dependencies, approvals, post traffic, and asset delivery). On-set execution and specialist booking are supported through production partners as needed.


The role partners closely with the Sr. Art Director to ensure creative alignment while supporting the Sr. Marketing Manager in executing against the broader marketing calendar and channel needs.
