Our East Water Business is growing and looking for a
Construction Project Manager
to join their team in
New York City, NY
! In this role, you will provide project management during the construction phase of our water projects throughout the region (i.e. pumping stations, dams, reservoirs, pipelines, treatment facilities, etc.).


The
Construction Project Manager
directs all phases of water infrastructure construction projects, serving as the primary liaison between owners, designers, contractors, and engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include reviewing constructability during design, developing construction schedules and budgets, overseeing contractor compliance and field inspection activities, administering project documentation and payment applications, resolving construction issues, negotiating change orders, coordinating project closeout activities, and supporting equipment startup, testing, and optimization. The role also contributes to business development efforts through proposal preparation and client relationship management
