Job Description:

Eskola, LLC’s Dallas, Texas branch is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team! The Waterproofing Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and successfully executing commercial waterproofing projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards and customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in waterproofing, roofing, building envelope, or specialty construction, along with hands-on knowledge of commercial waterproofing systems including below-grade, blindside, liquid-applied systems, plaza decks, and sealants. Candidates should possess the ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, understand complex waterproofing details and sequencing requirements, identify common failure points, and confidently enforce quality standards when site conditions are not suitable for installation. Strong leadership, organization, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
