With a strong focus on Microsoft 365, you will deliver secure and reliable collaboration services while also contributing to our broader cloud and on-prem infrastructure ecosystem that supports the academic experience.

What You’ll Do

Advance Enterprise and Digital Learning Environments

• Administer and enhance the Microsoft 365 platform, with a focus on security, compliance, and usability
• Deliver reliable enterprise services that support teaching, learning, and operations
• Contribute to platform governance and architectural decisions
• Partner with IT and campus stakeholders to align services with institutional priorities

Lead Microsoft 365 Collaboration & Messaging

• Support and govern Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate, and Copilot
• Manage messaging, collaboration, and compliance capabilities across the platform
• Implement security, retention, and governance policies
