Cloud Engineer

We are hiring a Cloud Engineer on our Analytics and Reporting team at BCBST!

In this role, you'll support and enhance our Transparency in Coverage processes while working on a variety of cloud, data, and AI initiatives across the company. You'll be part of a team that helps other teams build and operate solutions in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), automate development and deployment processes, and enable modern analytics and AI workloads. The work is highly collaborative and offers exposure to cloud engineering, DevOps, data platforms, and emerging AI technologies.

To be successful in this role, in addition to the core job requirements, you'll bring hands-on cloud engineering experience, a strong understanding of DevOps practices, and experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines. You will be a strong candidate if you have experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), cloud automation, infrastructure as code, deployment pipelines, and Agile delivery environments. Experience serving in a Scrum Master or project coordination role is a plus, as this position works closely with multiple teams to deliver cloud, data, and AI solutions.

• This is a remote, work-from-home position, but the final round of interviews will take place on-site in our Chattanooga, TN office.
