About The Mission
At Mach7, we’re transforming how healthcare systems manage imaging data. Successful transformation takes more than great technology; it requires strong leadership to guide large-scale, complex initiatives across clinical, operational, and technical teams. That’s where you come in.
As a Clinical Project Manager, you’ll lead high-visibility, multi-phase projects that directly impact our customers’ ability to deliver care. You’ll manage scope, resources, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams, keeping internal teams and customer stakeholders aligned from kickoff through go live.
Your Role

You’ll work across cross-functional teams, our Code Pilots, Tech Vipers, and ACES, to orchestrate project execution, maintain accountability, and ensure decision-makers have the information they need.
While you won’t be configuring systems yourself, your expertise lies in program-level planning, governance, and execution, balancing multiple priorities, anticipating risks, and guiding teams through ambiguity and change.
What You’ll Do

· Develop and maintain comprehensive project governance structures including scope, timelines, budgets, risk registers, and change controls
· Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment between technical, operational, and clinical deliverables
· Lead stakeholder meetings and executive steering committees, providing clear updates on status, risks, and decisions required
· Partner with customer leadership to ensure business and clinical requirements are translated ...
