Position Description
The Solutions Integration Lead – IT Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all solution?integration components of a large Athena EMR implementation. This role owns the timeline, milestones, dependencies, and critical path of the integration workstream, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with both business and clinical needs.


The position requires leadership in technical readiness, interface and system integrations, and risk/issue management. The PM collaborates closely with internal project teams, IT resources, clinical leadership, operational leaders, Athenahealth teams, and third?party vendors. They will lead vendor?hosted meetings, support design and development efforts, and participate in defining technical requirements to ensure a successful go?live.


This is a hands-on execution role, ideal for someone with Athena EMR implementation experience, strong organizational skills, and deep familiarity with healthcare IT integrations (e.g., PACS systems, MRI systems). The role is primarily remote but requires on?site support during go?live events in June and August.
