As a member of the Health Services Business Optimization team, our Clinical Business Analyst applies analytical skills, project management, and subject matter expertise to identify opportunities for improvement, design solutions, and manage improvement efforts. This role leads business process analysis and solution design activities by working effectively across the organization with business, clinical, technical subject matter experts. The Clinical Business Analyst brings a business-oriented, cross-functional perspective to leaders and project teams to solve problems and create system solutions – all in service of creating a person-focused health care experience.

What You Bring to Cambia:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, computer science, healthcare administration or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in defining and analyzing business requirements, process modeling, functional systems design or configuration and/or acceptance testing or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Perform analysis of medium-to-large scale business processes including current state discovery, future state design, gap analysis, and creation of strategic recommendations
