Role #1: Client Success Project Manager (Remote, Contract, North America Time Zone)


Role Summary


With new projects coming in, we’re hiring a
Client Success Project Manager
who brings clarity, structure, and confident communication to every engagement.


This is a
remote, contract-only
role with long-term potential. Because you’ll communicate directly with clients, you must be available during
Canadian/US business hours
and comfortable leading client-facing video calls.

Key Responsibilities


Client Communication

• Lead kickoff calls and client update calls in North American time zones.
• Run weekly or biweekly internal syncs with Brad.
• Communicate asynchronously through Slack and Basecamp.
• Translate strategic direction into clear, actionable steps.
• Present timelines, updates, and priorities with confidence.

Project Management

• Maintain accurate timelines and milestone tracking inside Basecamp.
• Ensure clients deliver required assets and information on schedule.
• Coordinate with the Personalization Systems Implementor and external specialists.
