Job Description:

Location: Epiq, Australia

Department: Client Services

Contract Term: Six-month contractor engagement

• The contractor will provide dedicated project management capacity for the Australian portfolio during a period of increased activity and complex matter support.
• The role requires availability to commence promptly and contribute with accelerated ramp-up, working closely with APAC and global delivery teams.
• Performance and ongoing business requirements will be reviewed during the engagement; any extension beyond six months will be subject to portfolio demand.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Services Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of Australian matters including regulatory, investigation, litigation, and eDiscovery engagements. This role will be exclusively focused on Australian clients and projects, serving as the primary operational lead responsible for project delivery, client communication, and coordination across internal technical and operational teams.

A successful candidate will:

• Deliver Australian client projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and retention.
• Successfully manage multiple concurrent matters with minimal escalation.
