Job Description:
Lead operational initiatives for credit products and UK expansion within a fast-growing fintech. You’ll collaborate with product, legal, compliance, fraud, and risk teams, while managing external partners to ensure scalable, compliant financial offerings. This role offers high autonomy and a direct impact on the company’s growth, operational excellence, and UK market presence.

What you will do:

• Serve as the key operational link between Product, Legal, Compliance, Fraud, Risk, and external partners.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with partner banks and third-party providers.
• Build scalable processes for new credit products and monitor reporting to detect trends and anomalies.

The ideal candidate:

• 4+ years of experience in program management, operations, payments, banking, or card program management.
• Excellent communicator with strong problem-framing and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives end-to-end.
